At Real Crystal, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The product received is damaged
• The wrong product is delivered
• The item is missing or defective

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the spiritual and personal nature of crystal products, used products or change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with proof (images/video) for quick assistance.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
